According to preliminary figures, CEOTRONICS AG achieved record consolidated revenue of
approximately €55.8 million in the reporting period from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025. This puts
CEOTRONICS AG approximately $800,000 above its revenue target of approximately $55 million
and 88.4% above the previous year‘s revenue.

The consolidated order backlog as of May 31, 2025, decreased by approximately 15.4% compared
to the previous year‘s level, but to a much lesser extent than the increase in revenue, remaining
at a very high level of approximately €60.0 million. At approximately 51.7%, order intake is
down year-on-year compared with the extremely high order intake in the previous year, which
was attributable to the SmG (speech with hearing protection) project.

Final and detailed figures for the 2024/2025 fiscal year will be published in the 2024/2025 annual
report after they have been determined, which is expected to be on September 8, 2025.

figures this year, marking its 40th anniversary on June 1, 2025, and achieving the highest sales in
its history at approximately $55.8 million.

Despite the effects of the new German federal elections on orders from the German Armed
Forces and Federal Police, our order intake for the 2024/2025 fiscal year remains at a high level.

The extremely high order backlog with which we are starting the new fiscal year 2025/2026 and
the need to strengthen internal and external security in Germany and Europe justify our positive
outlook and ensure high visibility for future business development.
