The founding idea

Communication is a key to success – in our democratic society, in politics and business as well as in everyone’s private and professional lives. But what happens in situations where difficult external circumstances make flawless communication almost impossible? Such situations are part of everyday life for police, fire, rescue and defense forces or in industry. Interference-free communication not only ensures smooth processes, but also saves lives in an emergency. CEOTRONICS was founded with this in mind. Our motivation: to develop communication solutions for the people who matter. And for the situations when it counts.

Communication is also the basis for the development of new, innovative products and technologies, for which CEOTRONICS is valued both nationally and internationally. An outstanding example of such an innovation is the cross-product CT-ComLink® technology developed by CEOTRONICS, which combines state-of-the-art signal transmission with robust hardware and ensures maximum flexibility and modularity in the selection of headsets and radios. Our environmental management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, and our quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. We take account of quality, durability, repairability, and environmental, compliance and human-rights considerations in our products, processes and supply chains.

We regard security as a prerequisite for democratic participation, freedom and fundamental rights, economic stability and sustainable development. These values shape the way we work together and our relationships with customers, business partners and suppliers.

Lawful, ethical and responsible conduct creates lasting trust. Our binding principles are set out in the CEOTRONICS Code of Conduct, the CEOTRONICS Anti-Corruption Policy, the CEOTRONICS ESG Guideline and the CEOTRONICS Values and Responsible Export Policy.

A fundamental basis of our business activities is our commitment to freedom, democracy and the rule of law. Our values guide the selection of markets, customers and business partners, as well as the assessment of export transactions.

Our values guide the assessment of export transactions and customer relationships. CEOTRONICS strictly complies with applicable export control regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany, the European Union and the United States. Legal requirements, embargoes and sanctions are binding upon us.

Export transactions and customer relationships are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking political, security-related and human-rights considerations into account. Even where a transaction is legally permissible, we may decline it following a careful risk assessment if the potential use of our products would be incompatible with our values or if the relevant market lies outside our strategic sales and service focus.

CEOTRONICS’ reputation and the trust placed in us by customers, business partners, investors and the public are founded on the responsible, lawful and ethical conduct of all employees. The Code of Conduct sets out binding minimum standards for this purpose.

Our Code of Conduct provides the binding framework for ethical and responsible conduct in day-to-day business. It applies to all employees of the CEOTRONICS Group and is supplemented by further binding internal regulations.

The Code of Conduct addresses, in particular, human rights, equal treatment, occupational health and safety, data protection, information security, fair competition, environmental and resource protection, foreign trade and export control.

CEOTRONICS does not tolerate any form of corruption, the improper offering, granting or acceptance of benefits, or any conduct that could create the appearance of improper influence. Business decisions must be made solely on objective grounds and in the interests of CEOTRONICS.

Our Anti-Corruption Policy sets out binding requirements for gifts, invitations, hospitality, conflicts of interest, donations, sponsorship and dealings with the public sector. It supports employees in identifying and preventing corruption risks and in reporting potential violations without delay.

CEOTRONICS is committed to safety, social responsibility and the local community. Employees who volunteer with fire and rescue services may be granted leave for emergency deployments, subject to applicable internal and legal requirements.

We support the Rödermark Volunteer Fire Brigade with modern communication technology. In 2007, CEOTRONICS contributed to the transition to digital radio communications through a donation of equipment.

CEOTRONICS contributes to national resilience by supporting employees who undertake voluntary reserve service. Subject to operational requirements and applicable legal conditions, leave arrangements may be available for this purpose.
