CEOTRONICS expands by 5,000 m2!

Rödermark, April 22, 2026 – With steady growth in its workforce and a revenue increase of over 88% in the 2024/25 fiscal year, CEOTRONICS AG understandably reached its spatial capacity limits at its Adam-Opel-Straße location in Rödermark – especially in light of “Vision65,” the goal of achieving €65 million in revenue in the medium term.

After many discussions about potential expansions of the headquarters, the decision was made to purchase a commercial property on neighboring Rudolf-Diesel-Straße. The approximately 5,000 m2 property features a building complex comprising two warehouses totaling approximately 1,144 m2 and two office buildings totaling approximately 887 m2. The property is a new building completed in 2024.

Environmental Commitment

With this move, CEOTRONICS AG continues its course of sustainable growth and, following the new construction on Adam-Opel-Straße in 2021, is acquiring another
building in Rödermark-Urberach, which will be developed into a modern green building. In addition to energy-efficient construction, innovative heating, cooling, and ventilation technology, and the use of photovoltaics (with up to 60 kWp of power generation), the property stands out for its sustainable materials, green roofs, and resource-efficient infrastructure. The ecological commitment is complemented by a
future-oriented charging infrastructure for zero-emission mobility of the company car fleet—powered by self-generated photovoltaic electricity.

Vision65

“Expanding our capacity is essential for our ‘Vision65.’ The acquisition of this property not only enables us to expand the entire but also the opportunity for spatial restructuring within the buildings on Adam-Opel-Straße. In these existing properties, we are creating more space for the development of innovative products, sales, productmanagement, and technical support. It is an investment in the future of the company,” said Thomas H. Günther, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of CEOTRONICS AG.

With this investment, CEOTRONICS AG is strengthening its foundation for growth and underscoring its position as a leading company in the field of digital communication. The large warehouse between the office buildings will be divided into sections using drywall partitions, corresponding to the assembly steps.

In the goods receiving area, a second level will be installed to serve as storage space. The centerpiece of the assembly area will be a paternoster storage system, which is intended to make order picking more efficient. The entire assembly and testing area will be equipped with an ESD floor.

“CEOTRONICS AG’s already modern and high-performance assembly, testing and programming systems and processes now benefit from an environment optimally tailored to them. The improved conditions not only help make existing processes even more efficient, stable, and of higher quality but also lay the foundation for the continuous further development of the entire value chain. Furthermore, the additional space enables a significantly higher scale of production volumes, allowing CEOTRONICS AG to respond flexibly to rising demand. The first steps have already been taken. Additional equipment (EOL, wireless programmers) for new production lines is currently being procured. This opens up new growth opportunities that will support successful expansion in both the medium and long term,” said Rolf Dieter Gläsel, Head of Operations at CEOTRONICS AG.

The office building located at the northern end of the property is intended to provide workspaces for purchasing, scheduling, and quality management. A break room with a kitchen will be created on the ground floor, and a meeting room on the first floor. The other office building will remain leased until at least March 2029 and may subsequently offer further spatial development potential for CEOTRONICS AG.

With the move to the new building, CEOTRONICS AG is offering its employees a significant improvement in workplace quality. The property has 30 parking spaces and is located just a few meters from the existing site in Rödermark, ensuring that departmental cohesion is maintained.

“We plan to move into the new building starting in October and gradually ramp up even more efficient production of our modular CT-ComLink products there. Digitalization and automation, along with dedicated employees, are key to this. We look forward to the new opportunities and to planning everything exactly as we’ve always envisioned the processes,” said Dr. Björn Schölling, CTO of CEOTRONICS AG.
