Perfect communication for height rescue, deep rescue, operations in protective suits and tunnel rescue

The fire department has a great responsibility in saving lives. CEOTRONICS AG has been supporting them for decades. Highly specialized push-to-talk units and robust headsets ensure communication when it counts. We would be happy to advise you personally based on your individual requirements.

Special rescue from heights and depths

Special rescue from heights and depths

The fire department rescues people from great heights and depths on a daily basis. Perfectly functioning communication systems are crucial for both rescue at height and rescue from depth.

CEOTRONICS offers communication solutions for rescue teams. These include the DECT systems CT-DECT Multi and CT-DECT Case for delay-free short-range communication for up to 5 and 12 users respectively. The CT-MultiPTT 3C enables emergency services to manage complex coordination. It can be used to coordinate up to 4 independent communication circuits – analog and digital. Thanks to CT-ComLink® technology, the interaction of the connected devices works perfectly – even with existing radios, cell phones and headsets.

The same applies to the crew’s push-to-talk buttons. Like all CT-MultiPTTs, these can be controlled remotely via CT-Wireless PTT MIL – i.e. whenever no hand is free during the rescue. Various helmet-compatible headsets with hearing protection are available for the firefighting team. The CT-HN headset also offers professional soundproofing and a microphone that filters out superfluous noise.

Communication in protective suits

Communication in protective suits

Extremely high temperatures, biological hazards, chemical accidents, toxic gases – there are many different reasons for firefighters and other emergency services to work in protective suits. One thing always applies: communication must be direct, secure and interference-free.

This is why DECT systems from CEOTRONICS are used for this purpose: They can be used to set up stable DECT radio circuits for up to 12 users(CT-DECT Case) or 5 users(CT-DECT Multi). They ensure clear operational communication in real time. CT-ComLink® technology ensures smooth interaction between connected intercom systems, control units, radios, cell phones and headsets. The helmet-compatible headsets from CEOTRONICS have proven their worth when used in protective suits. These include the particularly flat CT-Neckband headset, the hearing protection-certified CT-ClipCom Digital with external noise reception and the CT-ThroatMike Comfort with throat microphone and headband headphones.

Tunnel rescue

Tunnel rescue

Rescuing people from a tunnel is one of the most challenging tasks for fire and rescue services. They must be able to rely on the communication technology used at all times.

This is why DECT systems from CEOTRONICS are used in tunnel rescue operations: The CT-DECT Case mobile base station can be used to set up a stable DECT radio circuit for up to 12 users. A further 5 users can be integrated with the CT-DECT Multi.

The intelligent push-to-talk CT-MultiPTT 1C and CT-MultiPTT 1C Plus base stations are recommended for the tunnel rescue unit. The Plus stands for the option of integrating a smartphone as a second communication circuit via Bluetooth. Thanks to CT-ComLink® technology, all radios, cell phones, headsets and DECT systems interact seamlessly in real time. Equipping all emergency personnel with the hearing protection-certified CT-ClipCom Digital headset ensures greater communication safety, as does the CT-ThroatMike Comfort, which has proven itself under respiratory masks and in protective suits.
