Hesse’s Minister of Economics Kaweh Mansoori visits CEOTRONICS AG in
Rödermark
Discussions on Innovation, Industrial Value Creation, and the Outlook for Hesse as a Business Location
Rödermark, April 29, 2026 – On Friday, April 24, CEOTRONICS AG welcomed the Hessian Minister for Economic Affairs, Energy, Transportation, Housing, and Rural Affairs, Kaweh Mansoori, for a company visit at its headquarters in Rödermark. The visit focused on an introduction to the company, a presentation of innovative communication solutions “made in Hesse,” and an in-depth discussion on the importance of industrial technology companies for Hesse as a business location.
CEOTRONICS develops and manufactures professional communication systems that ensure secure communication even under the most adverse environmental conditions while simultaneously offering effective protective functions. The quality, usability, flexibility, and future-proofing of CEOTRONICS products are unmatched. They enhance workplace safety, boost productivity, and ensure maximum efficiency, not least through their ability to be customized for various operational scenarios.
In particular, police forces, defense forces, CBRNe special teams from the fire department, civil protection and disaster management agencies, as well as special laboratories and hospitals in the European Economic Community (EEC) and the United States rely on these future-proof systems.
Following the company presentation and the tour of the facility, the participants discussed the contribution CEOTRONICS makes to the state of Hesse as a Hessian technology company. The discussion focused in particular on innovative strength, highly skilled jobs, industrial expertise, technological sovereignty, and the strengthening of security-related value creation in the state.
During his visit, Hesse’s Minister of Economics Kaweh Mansoori praised the importance of CEOTRONICS for Hesse as a business location:
“CEOTRONICS exemplifies the strength of Hesse’s industry in highly specialized future-oriented fields. As an innovative provider of security-critical communication technology, the company helps ensure that police, fire departments, and emergency responders—as well as industry—can operate reliably under the most demanding conditions. Such ‘hidden champions’ combine technological excellence with international competitiveness. For us as a state, it is crucial to support these companies with clear and reliable framework conditions so that innovation, growth, and good jobs continue to be created in Hesse in the future.”
At the same time, CEOTRONICS AG outlined its expectations of state policy and, in particular, of the Hessian Ministry of Economics. The focus was on the sustainable strengthening of Hesse as an industrial location, the consistent reduction of overregulation and bureaucracy, and a close, practical dialogue between technology companies—many of which are SMEs—and policymakers. Especially in a world order shaped by changes in security policy and the economy, public procurement must also be adapted more closely to the new realities. Both public procurers and suppliers currently still suffer from complex and time-consuming procedures that unnecessarily hinder innovation, speed, and competitiveness.
“The visit by Minister of Economic Affairs Kaweh Mansoori is a strong sign of appreciation for us. It is remarkable that political leaders such as Patricia Lips, Kaweh Mansoori, and Prof. Dr. Roman Poseck—just as Günther Oettinger and Volker Bouffier did in previous years—have taken the time to learn extensively about CEOTRONICS AG. They have all come to know our company as a high-tech hub in Rödermark and have understood our needs to enable us to contribute to strengthening internal and external security as well as to economic value creation in Germany. This makes our clear commitment to Germany as a business location—and to Hesse in particular—all the more important to us: “With the expansion of our Rödermark site by approximately 5,000 square meters, we are making a conscious investment here locally in further growth, additional office space, and new storage, assembly, and testing areas,” explains Thomas H. Günther, Chairman of the Board and CEO.
Representing CEOTRONICS AG at the event were CEO Thomas H. Günther, CTO Dr. Björn Schölling, and division heads/authorized signatories Rolf-Dieter Gläsel (Operations) and Philipp Adelmann (Sales). During the product presentation by Mr. Adelmann, the technological requirements of modern professional communication solutions, their practical relevance for professional users, and the future-proofing and cost-effectiveness of the investment were also explained. Dr. Schölling provided deeper insight into the innovative strength of CEOTRONICS AG, and Mr. Gläsel presented the production facilities as well as testing and programming systems during the company tour.
Minister Mansoori’s visit underscores the importance of direct dialogue between politics and business. For CEOTRONICS AG, this exchange is an important signal of the recognition of the challenges and opportunities that technology-oriented industrial companies in Hesse face today.
