According to preliminary figures, CeoTronics AG generated consolidated revenue of approximately €29.6 million in the reporting period from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024. CeoTronics AG thus fell just short of the previous year’s revenue by around €450 thousand (= -1.5%) and recorded an extremely good second half of the financial year. The revenue forecast of “between €28 and €29 million in revenue” was slightly exceeded. The consolidated order backlog as at May 31, 2024 increased by around +835.1% year-on-year to a level of around € 71 million. Incoming orders also developed extremely positively at around +346.7% year-on-year. Final and detailed figures for the 2023/2024 financial year will be published with the 2023/2024 annual report once they have been finalized, which is expected to be at the beginning of September 2024. “With a phenomenal performance in the second half of the 2023/2024 financial year, CeoTronics has almost reached the very good record sales level of the previous year. Consolidated revenue of around €18.8 million was achieved in this second half of the financial year. Our order backlog as of May 31, 2024 and incoming orders in fiscal year 2023/2024 have reached an exceptionally high level – not only because of the “SmG” framework agreement for the German Armed Forces amounting to approximately € 52.6 million.
