2025 Annual General Meeting: Dividend increased

CEOTRONICS AG: Successful Annual General Meeting and record year in its 40th anniversary Rödermark, November 7, 2025 – The Annual General Meeting of CEOTRONICS AG was extremely positive, with around 100 participants in attendance. The Management Board and Supervisory Board reported on an exceptionally successful 2024/2025 fiscal year: Sales rose by +88.3%, earnings by +279.1% – new record figures in the company's anniversary year. CEO Thomas H. Günther thanked customers, partners, and employees for their contribution to the company's success and emphasized CEOTRONICS AG's strong social responsibility, which is characterized by value orientation, sustainable manufacturing, and partnerships with fire departments and homeland security agencies. In addition, a dividend of €0.20 per share was approved. The share price rose by over 120% during the fiscal year, underscoring investors' confidence in the company's innovative strength and future viability. The next Annual General Meeting will take place on November 6, 2026, in Rödermark.

Hesse’s Minister of the Interior Poseck visits

In the anniversary year "40 years of CEOTRONICS", the Hessian Minister of the Interior, Prof. Dr. Roman Poseck, visited CEOTRONICS AG in Rödermark. The visit emphasized the importance of the Hessian security and defence industry for Germany's security and technological sovereignty. CEOTRONICS has been developing communication solutions for the police, military, fire department and industry for four decades and achieved a turnover of 55.8 million euros in 2024/25 with around 143 employees. Minister Poseck emphasized the importance of strong domestic technological expertise, while CEO Thomas H. Günther praised the long-standing partnership with politicians and emergency services as an award and an incentive.
