CeoTronics Aktiengesellschaft Audio Video Data Communication has received a second lot call-off “2025” for the entire remaining minimum purchase quantity of 30,000 command and soldier PTTs – CT-MultiPTT 3C and 1C for cross-sectional use by the German Armed Forces – from the order intake already reported on April 16, 2024 (SmG, speech set with hearing protection) for the binding minimum purchase volume. Contrary to the previous assumption that this remaining minimum purchase quantity can also be called up in smaller annual quantities between 2025 and 2030, it can now be assumed that the 2025 call-off will be produced, delivered and invoiced in full in the CeoTronics financial year 2025/2026. This second lot call-off “2025” for the CT-MultiPTT ́s does not increase the order backlog, as the total minimum purchase quantity was already recorded when the contract was signed. However, the delivery of the entire guaranteed remaining quantity from the contract already in the CeoTronics financial year 2025/2026 represents significant information for the revenue outlook in the CeoTronics financial year 2025/2026. Bindingly ordered lot call-offs or bindingly ordered optionally offered products as well as products to be ordered separately – in each case in connection with the SmG project – will be successively added to the order backlog at a later date.
