Directive 2011/65/EU RoHS 2 (ElektroStoffV) and Directive 2015/863/EU

As a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality communication products for public authorities, industry and trade, we are very familiar with the directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

CEOTRONICS monitors Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2), which came into force on July 21, 2011, and Directive 2015/863/EU, which came into force on June 24, 2015, in order to provide the necessary information within the supply chain.

CEOTRONICS is in close contact with its suppliers to monitor changes in product status to changes in the RoHS Directive with its exemptions. The RoHS compliance status is regularly recorded and updated. CEOTRONICS endeavors to notify its valued customers in a timely manner of any changes communicated to us by suppliers. This ensures that all products that fall within the scope of the RoHS Directive and are placed on the European market from July 22, 2019 are compliant with the requirements of the RoHS Directive.

Please note that all information on the RoHS conformity of our communication products is based on information from the respective manufacturers of the purchased parts used.

We do not have complete material declarations for purchased parts used in the manufacture of our products. However, we can ensure that all legally required information that we receive from our suppliers is also made available to you.
The information is provided in good faith and without guarantee.

We ask for your understanding that due to the large number of our products and purchased parts, it is not possible for us to sign customer-specific questionnaires on ingredients and general confirmations of conformity. This applies in particular to requests that exceed the legal requirements. However, we are happy to confirm that CEOTRONICS always fully complies with all regulations, standards and laws applicable to CEOTRONICS in Germany and Europe.
