Received third SmG request
CEOTRONICS AG has received the third SmG batch call-off “2026” under the framework agreement valid until 2030. The order includes CT-MultiPTT® 3C and 1C PTT buttons and system accessories for cross-sectional use across all branches of the German Armed Forces. The call-off increases the order backlog by approximately € 47 million. Delivery and invoicing are scheduled for the 2026/27 and 2027/28 fiscal years.

2025 Annual General Meeting: Dividend increased
CEOTRONICS AG can look back on an exceptionally successful financial year in its anniversary year: at the Annual General Meeting on 7 November 2025, record figures for revenue and earnings were reported and a dividend of €0.20 per share was approved. The sharp rise in the share price underlines the confidence in the company's innovative strength and future viability.
