CeoTronics Aktiengesellschaft Audio Video Data Communication (“CeoTronics”) is involved as a subcontractor in a potential major project (SMG) for the German Armed Forces via a general contractor, for which the committees of the German Bundestag approved the procurement project for the 2024 volume (30,000 systems) by the tendering body on March 20, 2024, according to press reports. It can be assumed that other providers have also applied for this tender. At the present time, CeoTronics AG has not been commissioned by the general contractor. CeoTronics is looking at an order volume of up to 191,000 soldier PTTs and command PTTs plus connection cables for various radio devices and intercom systems as well as other accessories, which would have to be purchased over a period up to 2030. From today’s perspective and without the approval of the tendering body, no further detailed information on the tender may be provided for legal reasons.
