The 721,000 new bearer shares will be subscribed by BankM AG and placed with an institutional investor for the account of four funds managed by the latter. The placement price was set at \u20ac 6.50. The proceeds from the capital increase will be used in particular for the sustainable financing of the latest major orders and are intended to support the expected growth and further strengthen the company&#8217;s equity, thus creating a basis for sustained positive business development. The new shares are entitled to dividends for the financial year beginning on June 1, 2024.
