CeoTronics AG thus fell just short of the previous year&#8217;s revenue by around \u20ac450 thousand (= -1.5%) and recorded an extremely good second half of the financial year. The revenue forecast of &#8220;between \u20ac28 and \u20ac29 million in revenue&#8221; was slightly exceeded. The consolidated order backlog as at May 31, 2024 increased by around +835.1% year-on-year to a level of around \u20ac 71 million. Incoming orders also developed extremely positively at around +346.7% year-on-year. Final and detailed figures for the 2023\/2024 financial year will be published with the 2023\/2024 annual report once they have been finalized, which is expected to be at the beginning of September 2024. &#8220;With a phenomenal performance in the second half of the 2023\/2024 financial year, CeoTronics has almost reached the very good record sales level of the previous year. Consolidated revenue of around \u20ac18.8 million was achieved in this second half of the financial year. Our order backlog as of May 31, 2024 and incoming orders in fiscal year 2023\/2024 have reached an exceptionally high level &#8211; not only because of the &#8220;SmG&#8221; framework agreement for the German Armed Forces amounting to approximately \u20ac 52.6 million.
