This puts<br \/>\nCEOTRONICS AG approximately $800,000 above its revenue target of approximately $55 million<br \/>\nand 88.4% above the previous year\u2018s revenue.<\/p>\n<p>The consolidated order backlog as of May 31, 2025, decreased by approximately 15.4% compared<br \/>\nto the previous year\u2018s level, but to a much lesser extent than the increase in revenue, remaining<br \/>\nat a very high level of approximately \u20ac60.0 million. At approximately 51.7%, order intake is<br \/>\ndown year-on-year compared with the extremely high order intake in the previous year, which<br \/>\nwas attributable to the SmG (speech with hearing protection) project.<\/p>\n<p>Final and detailed figures for the 2024\/2025 fiscal year will be published in the 2024\/2025 annual<br \/>\nreport after they have been determined, which is expected to be on September 8, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWith the close of the 2024\/2025 fiscal year, CEOTRONICS AG will surpass all previous sales<br \/>\nfigures this year, marking its 40th anniversary on June 1, 2025, and achieving the highest sales in<br \/>\nits history at approximately $55.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the effects of the new German federal elections on orders from the German Armed<br \/>\nForces and Federal Police, our order intake for the 2024\/2025 fiscal year remains at a high level.<\/p>\n<p>The extremely high order backlog with which we are starting the new fiscal year 2025\/2026 and<br \/>\nthe need to strengthen internal and external security in Germany and Europe justify our positive<br \/>\noutlook and ensure high visibility for future business development.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Board is extremely satisfied with the remarkable performance achieved in fiscal<br \/>\nyear 2024\/2025 and would like to thank everyone involved,\u201c said CEO Thomas H.
